“Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are not just words to us, but a commitment to create an environment and culture where we celebrate our differences and make all team members feel welcomed, respected and valued. Over the past year, we have made significant strides as a Company in our EDI Council and in our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) toward increasing awareness and education around key topics such as unconscious bias, awareness and understanding of different cultures. We have a great number of initiatives surrounding employee development, opportunity and communications and we continue to advance in all of these areas. We are seeing incredible employee involvement, engagement and dedication as evidenced by the expansion of our employee resource groups over the last six months.  I am so excited for the future. We invite everyone to be part of this journey by joining an ERG, the EDI council, a committee or by simply sharing your ideas with a member of any of these groups. We encourage your participation and ideas as we continue on our EDI journey.”
