Aligned to the Company’s genuine commitment to and promotion of safety, employees continue to share safety moments at the beginning of a meeting, presentation and or webinar. Within the last year, the EDI Council has encouraged employees to follow the safety moment with an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Moment. Likewise to the safety moment, the EDI moment is a brief and concise discussion. An EDI moment is specific to a topic related to equity, diversity and/or inclusion that reinforces our dedication to and awareness of equity, diversity and inclusion.
