The goal of using OneDrive is to securely protect and store your business data. If your device is lost or stolen, Company data on your hard drive could be lost or stolen. To avoid this, your local data on your computer’s hard drive must be moved to OneDrive. This includes data on the C drive in your Desktop, Documents and Photos folders.

On Monday, March 15, 2021, BIS automatically transferred data stored in your Desktop, Documents and Photos folders to the OneDrive cloud storage drive.
Additional information and training for OneDrive is available to all employees.
