In observation of National Volunteer Month, I would like to thank you for your service and commitment to enriching the communities in which we live, work and serve. Your dedication to making personal connections and giving back in meaningful ways is truly exemplary of our brand DNA of Aspiring and Caring.

Thanks to your efforts, as a Company, we have been able to impact the lives of people in our communities who are extensions of our own Chesapeake family. In 2017, we supported 80 plus organizations and volunteered over 1,300 hours as a Company.

In support of our Thanksgiving For All program, more than 350 employees from across the Company packaged and delivered Thanksgiving meals for families in need.

Our volunteer efforts are widespread, whether it be participating in runs/walks, mentoring with Junior Achievement, donating time to the Cares With a Cause initiatives, or volunteering with the Summer Cares program or our environmental commitments, you have demonstrated that Caring is Always in Season.

Your caring nature is the spirit that energizes us every day and has helped to turn our aspirations into realities. Thank you for your commitment to Chesapeake and our communities.
